The Problem
A local Vipassana meditation group, Insight San Diego, wanted to know what resources they provided were the most popular so they could better focus their attention and grow their following. They had been using Squarespace analytics previously but needed a solution that provided more granularity.
The Solution
Working with their informatics group, I developed an outline of what website resources they wanted tracked. Using that plan, I was able to integrate Google Analytics into their current Squarespace site with tags to track the click rate on their library of dharma talks. Using that data, I created monthly reports for the organization's board of directors which allowed them to more accurately tailor their content to what is most popular.
